Warfarin Monitoring (CPAMS)

Community Pharmacy Anti-coagulation Management Service is an INR point-of-care testing by our pharmacists. Our fully trained pharmacists cary out a finger prick test to record the INR level. Adjustment of warfarin doses is then carried out. We work closely to the GP to keep them informed if the level is too high or too low.
