Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumers Guarentee Act, Sale of Goods Act and Fair Trading Act.
Change of mind returns:
- Returns will be accepted if it received in a saleable condition within 7 days or purchase. We reserve the right for this being refused after assesing the goods.
- Proof of sale must be included.
- Returns will be shipped at the customers expense. A restocking fee will be deducted of 2% of the value ot the goods.
- The shipping fee is not refundable.
- Return of goods is done at the customer expense.
Good that can not be returned:
- CPAP Sleep Apnoea parts
- Face masks
- Over the Counter medicines or presciption medicines
- Consumable products
- Vitamin supplements
Damaged Goods:
- Although care is taken in the shipping process, if your item arrives damaged plesae contact us and provide photos of the item and delivery packaging for a speedy resolution.
Other returns:
- Returns will be accepted if the product is faulty or unsafe
