1 Pair with case
Before inserting, with mouth closed & nose pinched close, blow gently to clear & equalise any ear pressure. For best results, insert earplugs BEFORE takeoff, & remove AFTER landing & the cabin door has been opened. Reach over head & pull up & back on outer ear to straighten ear canal. With oppisite hand, grasp earplug stem & insert by pressing forward in a circular motion to form an ear tight seal.
