Each Gummie contains: Black Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) Extract 50 mg equivalent to Black Elderberry Fruit 1.7gram Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 45mg Zinc (as Zinc Citrate) 3.75mg. Also Contains: Evaporated cane juice, tapioca syrup, purified water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavors (raspberry, lemon), vegetable oil, carnauba wax. Directions
