Poly-Tears Lubricating Eye Drops have been specially formulated to provide soothing relief from the symptoms associated with dry, irritated eyes.
Poly-Tears may be used for rewetting of all soft (hydrophilic) and rigid gas permeable contact lenses, including daily, extended wear, and disposable, to relieve discomfort and minor irritation or blurring, which may be caused by wearing contact lenses.

Ophthalmic use only.
Do not touch dropper tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution. Replace cap after use. Do not swallow the solution. Keep out of reach of children. Discard container 6 months after opening. Use before expiration date.
Instil 1 or 2 drops in eye (s) as required or as directed by your doctor. Remove plastic security ring after seal is broken.
